Scrolling the day away

Here: I pay attention, when I can. Sometimes not, I am tired.

I pay attention, whenever I can, not to make my day a continuous scrolling.

No clichés, eh, the ones about the internet washing our brains away. That is to say: they have a foundation, those clichés there: there are books, there are data, solid data, on the decline of mental health, of whole categories of people.

No clichés, which do not exist, and anyway I, at most, can shoot the clichés.

No morals, no paternalism.
