Aperitif time

He says that Milan was drinking in the 1980s. He says that then someone, nobody knows who, thought that Turin could also be drunk. And so here we are: ritually the piazzas fill up, patrons venture out under the dehors (a Turin invention, they say). Whether it is summer or winter, it makes little difference now. It is always aperitif time.
