Valkyrie

From the calm sea, a Valkyrie emerges at a certain point: she rides a plank and uses a single oar.

Her legs are slightly apart as if seeking balance, but I find the position definitively warlike: she is ready to unleash hell. The contrast with the relative silence of the beach and the stillness of the water is dissonant.
