Of our walk in Cornwall I will have many memories and for some time. We spent the last day of our walk at St Michael Mount: a small mountain rises from the sea in Mount's Bay.
You get there on foot when the tide is low, by boat when the tide is rising. On the days we were there, the difference in height between high and low tide must have been at least two metres.
There is also a garden on the mound, where I picked these tulips: they lay almost as far as the eye could see, indifferent to the rain that came and went throughout the day.
